Terms of Service

1. Services

Zenvoyagent provides done-for-you LinkedIn content creation and management services for clients in the healthcare and mining industries. The specific deliverables, posting cadence, revision scope, and pricing are confirmed in writing at the start of each engagement.

2. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at onboarding. Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in a pause or suspension of services until payment is received.

3. First-Month Discount

Where a first-month promotional discount is offered, it applies to the first billing cycle only. Standard pricing applies from the second month onward. The discount is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time with written notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period. Cancellations submitted after the billing date for a given month will take effect at the end of that month.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment for a given billing period, all content produced for you during that period becomes your intellectual property. Zenvoyagent retains no right to use that content for any third party. You grant Zenvoyagent permission to reference your brand name in anonymised case studies or client lists unless you opt out in writing. We will not disclose confidential campaign information, unpublished results, or private client materials without permission.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing all content before it is published or shared publicly
• Ensuring content meets professional, regulatory, or compliance standards applicable in your jurisdiction or industry
• Obtaining any necessary internal approvals prior to publishing
• Providing accurate, timely information during onboarding and review cycles

7. Revisions and Turnaround

Each content plan includes a defined number of revision rounds per month. Revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of content delivery. Requests beyond the included revision allowance may be accommodated at an additional fee, agreed in advance.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zenvoyagent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, reputation, or data. Our total liability in any given month shall not exceed the fees paid by you in that month.

10. No Guarantees

Zenvoyagent does not guarantee specific outcomes such as follower growth, lead generation, or engagement rates. LinkedIn's algorithm and platform policies are outside our control. We commit to quality, consistency, and strategy — outcomes depend on many factors beyond content alone.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify active clients with at least 14 days' notice before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may escalate through appropriate legal channels. Where required by applicable law, privacy and data-handling obligations will also be interpreted consistently with those legal requirements.
